[Insight-users] watershed image postprocessing

Hi all,
I used watershedsegmentation example. It works fine, but output image is
oversegmented. Yes i try to set
        watershedFilter->SetThreshold( threshold );
        watershedFilter->SetLevel(     scale );
But oversegmentation is too high again. Where can I find soma examples for
region merging? I tried to find something, but no success :-(

Could someone give me an advice? :)
