[Insight-users] cannot find filter itkBinaryNotImageFilter.h

Hello,

I am tryin to run the example *
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/BinaryNotImageFilter*,
but when I build my project a get a message which says that it cannot find
filter *itkBinaryNotImageFilter.h*.  When I search in the directory of ITK
code I also can find the file *itkBinaryNotImageFilter.h*. Do you know where
can I find this filter?
