[Insight-users] advise about itkVtkGlue

Hello,

I use visual studio 2010 and cmake. Also, I use itk v3. Is itkVtkGlue
suitable for this version? If it is not, then wherere could I find and
download v4? Also, what options must I select when I configure itk, vtk and
itkVtkGlue to build my project as to use itl VtkGlue correctly?
