[Insight-users] exclude pixel values (background) from metrics

Hello,
This is a nice feature and I'm trying to become more familiar with it.  Can
someone tell me where
ImageToImageMetric::SetFixedImageSamplesIntensityThreshold() is defined?  I
can find it in the doxygen, but can't seem to find it in the header or
template files for the ImageToImageMetric.

I am looking at the itk 3.20 documentation and have also looked at the
SpatialObject files.
