[Insight-users] develop my GUI for itk-snap

The snap GUI is written using Fltk.  I suggest you go to itksnap.org.  
You should download the source and check the link under 'REFERENCE' for 
Building ITK-SNAP.  Also go to fltk.org and download version 1.3 and 
start reading the documentation for Fltk 1.3.
