Hi Mohammed,
To start writing/modifying filters in the ITK it's also very helpful to read the "Introduction"
and chapter 13 (How To Write A Filter) of the ITK software guide.

Just modify the code, rename the files, ie FilterModified .txx and .h, place the new code in your src directory, and treat it like any normal filter.
