[Insight-users] comparison segmentation results between OsiriX and itk segmentation algorithm

Dear Users,

 

I got two segmentation results from OsiriX and itk segmentation algorithm.
The former result is analyze format, while the later one is dcm format. I
compared the two results and found something was wrong. I think the two
different formats have different origin. So what should I do to make them
comparable?
