[Insight-users] exclude pixel values (background) from metrics

Hi Dawood,

thanks for your answer. 

As I mentioned before, I get 'nan' values during my registration process
using the method SetFixedImageSamplesIntensityThreshold:

0   nan   [nan, nan, nan, nan, nan, nan]
1   nan   [nan, nan, nan, nan, nan, nan]
2   nan   [nan, nan, nan, nan, nan, nan]
3   nan   [nan, nan, nan, nan, nan, nan]
4   nan   [nan, nan, nan, nan, nan, nan]
...

But without this method, all runs fine.

Do you have any suggestions for this problem? I already looked at Darren's
posts, where the same problem was described, but no solution was shown.
