2012 Allen Brain Atlas Hackathon

Join us for five days of mining, analyzing, and developing applications
using the Allen Brain Atlas API

Workshop includes:
- Introduction to the data and API by Allen Institute speakers
- Example usage by external speakers
- Direct access to Allen Institute development team for questions and
mentoring
- Prizes

WHO: Neurocomputational postdocs, graduate students, and application
programmers. Applicants with a background in computational neuroscience,
bioinformatics, statistics, or other related areas preferred.

Participation is free; full 5 day participation required. Training
materials provided.
