[Insight-users] Registration Question

Greetings,

I am new to ITK. I would be grateful if someone could help me in below 
question.

My task is to provide two 3d images.
    1. Fixed image
    2. Moving image
and use the registration to generate the output image similliar to the Fixed 
image provided.

I have downloaded the insightToolkit, and tried the Registration examples 
they have provided. does someone know a particular example that would do the 
above task?
