[Insight-users] Some question About Examples on ITK

Dears :
 I am a new user of ITK,I do some exercise about Segmentation  on ITK.Now ,I meet a question,that,on the guide 9.3.7 "Geodesic Active Contours Segmentation With Shape Guidance",I cann't find the paramenters on this example which is "Mean Shape Image "and "Shape Mode File Pattern".Maby I am not understand this algorithm  thoroughly.Help me,please,Best wish.
