Hi Toni,

To my knowledge, no one has immediate plans to add a GPU-accelerated
FFT algorithm to ITK. Having one would be fantastic, however.

The GPU-acceleration framework being added as part of ITK v4 is using
OpenCL. Apple has provided an open-source OpenCL implementation of the
FFT algorithm whose license is probably compatible with ITK's license.

It would be great if you wanted to contribute to getting
GPU-accelerated FFT into ITK!
