Hi Zein,
I haven't done this before, but have you tired setting

itk::GDCMSeriesFileNames::SetUseSeriesDetails(bool)

to true?

It says in the documentation:

"Use additional series information such as ProtocolName and SeriesName to
identify when a single SeriesUID contains multiple 3D volumes - as can
occur with perfusion and DTI imaging"

I would imagine that this is similar to what you have with a 4D scan.
