[Insight-users] Building ITK version 4.0 some wrap options are missing

You have two implementations of a conformal flattening filter in ITK.
I m not sure if any is wrapped, I m going to look at it, but not
before monday.

You do not need FFTW for mesh filters, so you can safely ignore this warning.
