[Insight-users] RIRE database - question

I've downloaded some of the RIRE file sets and converted them.

 

I'm wondering what is the "training_001" set, and when I download
patient_001 there are two mhd files, 001 and 002.

Is one set the ground truth, and the other set the transformed set?
