[Insight-users] modify itk code

hi 
when I modify the  code in itk, for example D:\home\ITK\src\InsightToolkit-3.20.0\Code\Numerics\FEM\itkFEMGenerateMesh.cxx, there is an error.
I want to know  whether the code could be modified? if so,what should I notice?
