Hi Jim,

I asked Luis about GPU processing in ITK4 during the ITK4 tutorial at
MICCAI, and he referred me to you.

So, what is the state of GPU processing in ITK4? How to enable (take
advantage of) GPU processing? Are any filters already GPU-enabled? How to
make my own filters GPU-friendly?
