[Insight-users] which filter can be used to compute a distance map?

Hi Anna ,
there is also SignedMaurerDistanceMapImageFilter, that I believe, is the
fastest of them all

FastMarchingImageFiltet can be used to generate a distance map if i
remember correctly, but in a quite slow way
