[Insight-users] Unable to visualize 4D GE Ultrasound image

Though I am able to visualize 3D DICOM, I am unable to visualize 4D Image of Ultrasound modality from GE using ITK. I thought changing the dimension to 4 would suffice, but that is incorrect.
 
Any ideas?
