This would be a better location to use as a guide (although it is less
complete). Even though it looks less complete, building wrapping

Again, CableSwig is not needed for ITKv4.

You will need to download a native third-party CVS client for Windows.
In the future, we can maybe improve this situation by pointing the
ExternalProject to a tarball snapshot.
