[Insight-users] Segmentation data

Hello,

I have one question: Is it possible to save segmentation data like points,
circles or other into a file but without changing the source image?

There a file formats like mhd and nrrd. Are they the solution for my
problem?

I analyzed both but I can't see a description of the segmentation.
