[Insight-users] Errors unzipping InsightToolkit-4.2.0

Hi all,
I cannot unzip the latest insight toolkit source packages.

When I use the .tar.gz/xz formats I get very similar errors that look like:
$ tar -Jxf InsightToolkit-4.2.0.tar.xz
xz: (stdin): Unexpected end of input
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now


and for the .zip
$ 7z x InsightToolkit-4.2.0.zip
Processing archive: InsightToolkit-4.2.0.zip
Error: Can not open file as archive


I can extract the 3.x versions, and Insight Applications v4.2 without error.

I will obtain the source from git if I must, but would rather stick with
full releases.

Has anyone else seen this issue?  Are there hash sums I can compare my DLed
files with?

$ tar --version

$ 7z
