[Insight-users] Processing time of deformable registration

Dear Users,

 

May I ask how long it usually takes to register two CT datasets with size of
512×512×200 using deformable registration? I tried the examples of
deformable registrations in ITK and found that it took more than couple of
hours to register the two datasets.
