[Insight-users] Cmake version, fltk version

Hi,

I have got a new PC and going to make new installations of itk, vtk,
isgtk, fltk, and qt.
I have windows 7 64 bit and Visual Studio 2010.

Before I start, are there any know conflict issues when installing the
LATEST releases of these toolkits?
the last release of fltk I used was 1.1.7. Dis anybody try newer
releases and recommend one?
