Hi Peter,

no problem :)

You have to extract the command that generates the mdx-file that is missing and execute it yourself.

To get this command you may have to switch on debugging or verbose mode in make and/or cmake. Alternatively you have to dig into the Makefiles.
Depends on your preference ;)
