[Insight-users] Upcoming directory change for Bio-Formats ITK plug-in

Hi ITK users,

 For anyone using, or planning to use, the Bio-Formats ITK (BF-ITK)
plug-in, I just wanted to let you know that on the current Bio-Formats
development branch <https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats> we
recently removed the two experimental, unsupported, BF-ITK implementations:
bf-itk-jace and bf-itk-jni.

 The supported implementation, bf-itk-pipes, is now shortened to simply
"bf-itk". These changes will then be part of Bio-Formats 4.5.0.

 Anyway, this is just a heads up in hopes of minimizing any pain from these
changes. If you have any questions about these changes, or BF-ITK in
general, please let me know.
