[Insight-users] problem with itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h

[Ryma]

Now it's ok, i can run my example, i've just copied the following files in my
project directory:
itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h
itkImageToVTKImageFilter.txx
itkVTKImageToImageFilter.h
itkVTKImageToImageFilter.txx
