[Insight-users] ITKApps dlopen link error

Hi,

I'm trying to build latest ITKApps (commit
f4a8669c0a8767d959b7ef84ac9d8fdc1109d5f1) against latest VTK (commit
88f86965da57d5f04ce059456391b8a133449ff2), ITK 4.1.0rc2 and FLTK 1.3
(from Ubuntu repository). When linking DistanceMapFilter, I get:

/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libfltk.a(Fl_Preferences.o):
undefined reference to symbol 'dlopen@@GLIBC_2.2.5'
/usr/bin/ld: note: 'dlopen@@GLIBC_2.2.5' is defined in DSO
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6.1/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so
so try adding it to the linker command line
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.6.1/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so:
could not read symbols: Invalid operation

Any ideas?
