[Insight-users] itkWatershedImageFilter

Hello,

I am trying to use itkWatershedImageFilter to perform segmentation on a 3D ".mha" file. But the segmentation output is nothing but an all black one. I cannot see anything there. My preprocessing of the data is correct. My parameters are: 

threshold: 0.0, 0.05, 0.1

Level is:   5, 10

Can someone point out the error? Thanks in advance.
