[Insight-users] flipping axes of a 4D image

Hi,

I'm trying to change the axes of a 4D image, but OrientImageFilter seems 
to be restricted to 3-dimensional images. Is there some other way to do 
this or treat it as a bunch of 3D images somehow?

Would prefer to avoid needless copying though.
