[Insight-users] How to Truncate Dicom Series?

Hello,

I need to truncate a dicom series, and write them into one 3D mha file. My current data size is [200, 200,140], and I want to give up about 50 slices, and again write it back to 3D volume. How can I do this? 


Maybe this is a simple question for experienced ones, but I am a fresh :) Thanks in advance.
