[Insight-users] ITK with VS 10 Win64

Rather than explicitly listing itk libraries you must use
${ITK_LIBRARIES}. This also works for earlier versions of ITK

In your case change:
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(threshold ITKCommon ITKIO )
to
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(threshold ${ITK_LIBRARIES} )
