[Insight-users] How to identify a theshold interval for segmentation

Dear Users,

 

In order to apply threshold-based region growing method for segmentation of
a certain organ from a CT image, we need to provide lower and upper
thresholds of that organ. I just wonder whether there is an automatic method
to identify the threshold values.
