[Insight-users] Connect ITK pipeline to VTK pipeline using JAVA?

Hello all

I'm wrapping ITK 4.0 to JAVA And want to sent image that process with itk to
vtkImageData .but I don't know how to connect itk with vtk in java. 
Is there someone has experience with connect itk to vtk?
