[Insight-users] How to create a label map from multiple binary images

Thank you very much. That is what I need. Another question is after merging
the label maps together, how to separate them again?

Hi Xiaopeng, 

 

you can create a labelmap for each of the 

binary images and use the MergeLabelMapFilter

to combine them all.
