[Insight-users] User Interface to easily manipulate graph structure

Dear all,
     as a result of a custom algorithm written for the ITK library we 
are currently segmenting images of cell tissues and transforming them 
further into VTK polydata structures to obtain graph structures 
representing the membrane of cells in the image.
    Paraview has so far provided a nice interface to display the overlay 
between the original image and graph structure but, as also the 
corresponding mailing list replied, does not offer an immediate way for 
manual corrections on the graph (such as edge addition/removal) in case 
of segmentation errors.  Is anybody aware of existing user interfaces 
that would allow for such interaction?
