Hi,
I need to display a 3D image and a segmentation of it (a region).
I want to show the region like an isosurface (or contour) over the 3d
image using vtk.
The images are obtained from itk.
I can use the filter of vtk to obtain the isosurface but when i display
both images always someone appear to be in front of the other, currently i
want to show them like the same image (a delineation of the region I´ve
segmented).
So, i dont know ho to do this in vtk, but if i could get the isosurface
with itk, maybe i would merge the images (using itk) in some way I get the
desired result, and save or possibly show de merged image.
But, I dont know if there is some way of obtain the isosurface of a binary
image within itk.
Is there some way of doing that?
Thanks,
Alvaro Javier
