[Insight-users] DWI images and GDCMSeriesFileNames

Use DCMDUMP for two files where the position is equal. You should be able to 
find out, what other tags of both files are different:

http://support.dcmtk.org/docs/dcmdump.html

You may also send the two DCMDUMPs to the Insight-User list. But please be 
sure, that the files are anonymized.

Hi Robert thanks a lot but I still get a "File:  Distance: -xx.xxxx position 
is not unique" for all the pairs of b=0, b=X files in the directory... is 
there any chance to extract the correct sequence somehow?
