[Insight-users] Imposing spatial constraints on labeled regions

Hello,

I have an image which has several labeled regions.  Some of the  
regions are spatially disconnected and I would like to relabel the  
image so these regions are separated.  I could do this check manually,  
or iteratively use a connected components filter, but I was wondering  
if there was a more elegant solution or segmenting filter that would  
help me accomplish this.
