[Insight-users] counting pixel of a precise color

Hi guys,

I was wondering if does exist in ITK a way to count the number a pixel
of a precise color in an image, of it is possible to get the dimension
of a region with the same precise color. Am I supposed to convert the
image into label and use the labelgeometry filter? I'd like to avoid
to convert the image into a label.
