[Insight-users] from connected threshold result to label map

Hi guys,

I was wondering how I can convert the result of the connected threshold filter (result value = 2) into a label: I tried to use the BinaryImageToLabelMapFilter but it gives me 0 as number of label objects.

Any idea??
