[Insight-users] Paraview mhd 2D slice orientation

Dear all,

 

I'm trying to visualise two 2D slices saved as a mhd file in paraview. These
two slices are perpendicular to each other. Both files have a different
TransformationMatrix, but both slices are oriented in the same direction
(and this tag seems thus not properly read). 

 

Is the orientation of a 2D slice read from another tag in the mhd file?
