[Insight-users] DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter 4.1 broken

Bill,
I thought if I wanted the imageIO to be automatically detected based on file
extension then some flag or something needed set at build time.
I didn't take this extra step so I need to manually specify the imageIO.

Karl,
In general the Examples do not have try/catch blocks, just to keep them
short.

You should not have to set the imageio manually.
