[Insight-users] disable image rescale while reading dicom

[yoyi1970 at yahoo.es]

When reading an image from a dicom file it is performed a rescale operation based on the m_RescaleIntercept and m_RescaleSlope parameters which are read from the dicom file. Is there a way to disable that operation?
