Hi,

you may use BinaryImageToShapeLabelMapFilter. Eventually you will have  
to adjust the ForegroundValue attribute. Then use either the methods  
GetNumberOfPixels or GetPhysicalSize of ShapeLabelObject to get the  
size you wish for each object (connected component).
