[Insight-users] BinaryImageToShapeLabelMapFilter information

Hi guys,

I have a question. I'd like to get the diameter of a label and I'm
using the FeretDiameter method of the BinaryImageLabelMapFilter class
but I have a doubt: Since it is a 3D label is the Feret Diameter the
maximum diameter of the whole label? And if at a certain point the
label splits into 2 parts the 2 parts are considered separately or as
2 different diameter or they are cosidered as unique label? Last
question: is the diameter given as number of pixels?
