[Insight-users] Mast Image Registration Problem

Hello all,

I am trying to use the "ImageRegistration12.cxx" in the example to perform mask registration. But the results seem to me are not working. I simply tried the example without changing anything. The attachments are the images I tried. 


The result of registering image2 with image3 providing image1 as mask (2-3-1) is exactly the same as registering image2 with image3 providing image2 itself as mask (2-3-2), which should not be. I also tried this for 2-1-1, 2-1-2, and seems like using masking is not contributing. 


Any suggestions?
