[Insight-users] similarity metric and polydata?

Hi Users,

Is it possible to use a similarity metric on a pair of polydatas that have
been read using the itkVTKPolyDataReader? I mean, the polydatas that are
read in can be saved into pointsets right? If so, which metric can I use?
Will the simple EuclideanDistancePointMetric do the job?
