You can resample<http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/ResampleImageFilter>the
image, or use linear
interpolator<http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/LinearInterpolateImageFunction>
.
