[Insight-users] Question about BinaryFillholeImageFilter

I do not know the size of the holes.  What extra information can I provide
to make the problem better defined?  Basically all I want is the boundary
condition to be outside pixels = 1 instead of outside pixels = 0.  This
should solve my problem.
